Originally from Nowhereville, New York, this future punk rocker relocated to Louisville in 1978. Imbedded in the Louisville music scene since the late 1980s, he began his musical career when he co-founded Indignant Few as the lead vocalist. Eventually, he learned to play guitar, dropped the mic, and focused purely on the six strings. Throughout his career, he has toured throughout many of the states and played numerous venues while in bands such as, Speed Kills, The Nubiles, and Carolina. Now, having returned his focus to vocals, he has rekindled his appetency for being front and center. His high-octane energy is reminiscent of his influences: Stiv Bators, Iggy Pop, Joe Strummer, and Dave Vanian. This Kentucky Fried rocker works hard at melting hearts and blistering faces with raucous performances, endlessly leaving fans wanting more. At least, that’s the goal. 

Hailing from Louisville and now residing in Oldham County, this hypersensitive wreck of a human has been called as many things; moody and misanthropic among the most frequent. He was once called ‘the most cheerful nihilist ever.’ Though he is rarely, if ever, cheerful. If anything, he can be described as apathetic, sarcastic, and tired. A mediocre guitarist at best, he suggests a blood alcohol level far exceeding the legal limit before listening to him play. Then again, he doesn’t really care either way.

Kyle Blust was born on October 4th 1971 at Saint Anthony’s hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Never quite fitting in until discovering punk music at age 15 and picking up a bass determined to make his mark on the scene that had welcomed him home. His 18th year finds him teaming up with 3 other like minded lunatics to form Indignant Few. 1996 he moves to Seattle and creates the Greedies trading in the bass for guitar. 2010 comes around and the Few are called out of retirement to melt faces and blow the roof off Vernon Lanes, reigniting the passion in these 4 lads to play music together again. Kyle moved back to Louisville in 2014 picking the bass back up in 2020 and is still playing punk music to this day.

Born of a French-Canadian immigrant and raised in the U.S. Midwest. This thirty-year veteran of the punk, rock, & underground music scene has stumbled his way across the Midwest & Northeast playing in many prominent unknown musical acts and on stages of every magnitude. As a drummer at heart, he spent most of the 90’s in a variety of bands such as Speed Kills, I.D.C, Skam Impaired, and originally as a founding member of Indignant Few. Around the early 2000’s he dropped the sticks and transitioned to full-time guitarist and lead vocalist for the band Blitzkreig Sucker Punch, which ultimately became Louisville’s own Dead City Rejects. For the past decade+ you’ve probably seen him fronting the Louisville band Vice Tricks as lead guitarist and co-lead vocalist. Now, 30+ years later, he’s back behind the kit banging out old and new hits with Indignant Few. Back to where it all began….
